Managing Partner, 360 Venture Collective
Kelly O’Connell is a Managing Partner at 360 Venture Collective, a venture firm led by women that invests in pre-seed and seed-stage U.S. companies founded by women and LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs. She also serves on the executive team at ON ITS AXIS, an award-winning consultancy that helps Fortune 1000 companies and nonprofits innovate and reach underserved markets. Kelly holds an MS from LSU Shreveport and is a graduate of the Tuck School of Business’s “Building a Successful Diverse Business” program. She is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) and has multiple certifications in DEI, Design Thinking, and venture capital. With over 20 years of experience, Kelly is an expert in the future of work, inclusive entrepreneurship, and innovation. She is passionate about connecting purpose with profit, supporting enterprises in enhancing their inclusion and innovation programs, and empowering underestimated founders to launch and scale impactful businesses. Kelly serves on advisory boards that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the tech and social sectors.
