Karen McVey is Co-Owner & CEO of ClearView Management Resources. Business focuses have been Management & Leadership (M&L), Sales, and HR-Talent Mgt.; has coached multiple CEO’s in Healthcare, Financial, Retail and MFG industries. Worked with a CEO on corporate merger as Co-chair of the “merging executives.” She has designed, developed and deployed wholesale, direct and retail sales systems (e.g. increased a client’s financial products sales by 50% in 10 months from $168M to $252M). Worked with CHRO to design, develop and integrate new Job Description system, which streamlining Hiring, L&D and Performance Development and improved Compensation system.Karen’s experience and expertise are both in non-profit and private sector.
