Kate Glasser is a business executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across both mid-size businesses and large multinational corporations. Most recently, she served as President of IDEX Corporation’s Rescue Group, responsible for strategy, operations, marketing, sales, people, and growth for a portfolio of global businesses. Kate spent the prior decade at The Dow Chemical Company with jobs in commercial, M&A and general management roles and most recently as the Business Director for the North American Coating Materials business. Previously, she held leadership roles at US Airways and taught English in Japan and China. Kate brings a life-long passion for authentic leadership, ending inequality, and supporting others to be their best selves.
Kate earned an MBA in General Management, Entrepreneurship, and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BA in Mathematics from the University of Rochester. She is a founding member of Chief Chicago, a member of C200, an Executive-in-Residence at University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Board President for Nerdy Girl Success. Kate lives in Chicago with her husband and their three children.
