Sarah Martin

Sarah is the President and Founder of Dale Workforce Solutions (DWS) a 100% woman owned technical and professional staffing company. She started her career at MISI/NTT Data building their Strategic Staffing practice from inception to $200M in revenue. She was the youngest and first female group president of an NTT Data company. After, NTT Sarah spent 3 years as the President of Mitchell Martin, a technical staffing powerhouse with over 1000 resources deployed nationwide. Sarah is passionate about women’s issues/opportunities and active in many charities supporting those causes. Sarah is a board member and Vice President of Tech Serve Alliance. Sarah holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brandeis University.

Personal: Sarah is married to her husband Peter for 30 years, they have two kids 23 and 26 and two dogs.
