Shambaugh Leadership offers a holistic approach for creating and taking action on a DE&I strategy that is permeated throughout the organization. This process includes an initial assessment of the organization’s strengths, gaps, and key levers that drive change and sustain lasting results. We launch each initiative by engaging the CEO and executive leadership in an action planning session that includes examination of assessment findings and the identification and prioritization of critical success factors with goals and actions that are incorporated in a blueprint that serves as the foundation for moving from conversation to action.
Network of Executive Women:
The Network of Executive Women (NEW) provides training on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics. CEO and other C-level leaders are often actively engaged by sharing the DEI mission and vision for their company. NEW offers 1:1 CEO interviews and panel discussions where C-level leaders share their accountability for delivering change in DEI. These virtual, moderated discussions/interviews provide best practice sharing and inspiration for other company leaders seeking to drive improvement.
